Teamworx Corporate Controls

 

This screen contains controls that allow certain aspects of the Teamworx application to be turned on or off.

Note: This screen is not available for Cruise Lines.  

  1. Under the Labor menu, click Teamworx Corporate Controls.
  2. Configure the settings noted below as desired.
  3. When finished, click the Disk (Save) icon.

 

Teamworx Modules

  • Message Center Enabled — Checked by default; uncheck the box to hide the Message Center from all Teamworx users.
  • Employee Tasks Enabled — Checked by default; uncheck the box to hide Employee Tasks from all Teamworx users.
  • Alternate Location Templates Visible —Checked by default; uncheck the box to limit the templates available in Shift Builder and Labor Schedule to only those created at the current location.
  • Employees Approve Hours — Unchecked by default; check this to enable employee approval in Teamworx.
  • Employee Feedback Enabled — Checked by default; uncheck the box to disable the Feedback button on My Shifts Worked.

Employee Preferences

  • Preferred Time Visible — Checked by default; uncheck the box to prevent users from seeing "Preferred" times; if disabled, they will only be able to see “Available” and “Unavailable” times.
  • Coworkers Visible — Checked by default; uncheck the box to prevent employees from seeing who they are working with for a shift.
  • Reply to Manager Messages Allowed — Unchecked by default; check this to allow Teamworx users to send replies to manager messages.
  • Employees initiate Messages to Manager — Unchecked by default; check this to allow employees to initiate messages to managers.
  • Peer-to-peer messaging — Unchecked by default; check this to allow employees to initiate messages to other employees.  {Note}Closed: This feature has not yet been implemented.

Teamworx Manager Options

  • Employee Pay Information Visible — Unchecked by default; check the box to display references to pay rate and total wages for Teamworx managers; if disabled, this information will be visible to Net-Chef users only.
  • Request Approval Enabled for Teamworx Managers— Checked by default; uncheck the box to hide the Staff Requests tab from Teamworx managers; if disabled, this information will be visible to Net-Chef users only.
  • Allow Users To Schedule Outside Hours of Operation— Unchecked by default; check the box to allow Teamworx users to schedule employees before or after the defined range.
  • Allow Teamworx Managers to select Staffing Level Templates— Checked by default; this allows managers to select the template(s) to apply to a Labor Schedule. If disabled, this option is restricted to Corporate.
  • Access Teamworx Auto-Scheduler— Unchecked by default; check the box to allow Teamworx managers to use the Auto-Schedule function in the Labor Schedule screen.
