City

The City screen list all the cities that are available in drop-down lists throughout Enterprise Manager. Cities are assigned to locations, customers and vendors in their respective setup screens. In the cruise model, cities can be designated as "ports" if they need to be used when setting up itineraries. If a city is a port, it must be linked to a market in this screen. There is also a "container" check box to mark port cities in which containers can be loaded. These columns do not appear for other company types.

  1. Under the General menu, click City.
  2. Click the Plus (Add) icon to create a new city, or click on the appropriate row to modify an existing one.
  3. Enter the name of the City.
  4. Select the State/Province from the drop-down list (optional).
  5. Select the Country from the drop-down list.
  6. When finished, click the Disk (Save) icon.

 

If necessary, you can click on a new row and click the Trash Can (Delete) icon to remove it.
