Templates – Locations Tab

The Locations tab is used to link the template to specific locations, instead of all.  {Concepts Note}Closed: If a location is linked to one or more Concepts, it will only be available here if it is linked to one or more of the same Concepts as the template and the current application user. If a location is not linked to any Concepts, it will be available for all templates and users.  See "Concepts" for more information.

Franchise Note: Franchisees will only be able to see Locations linked to their Franchise entity. 

  1. Click the Plus (Add) icon to open the selection window.
  2. Check the box in the far right column to select each location to add, or to add all locations click the box in the header to select them all or click Add All.
  3. Click the Add button to add the selected locations.
  4. When finished, click the (X) (Close) icon to close the window.
  5. If necessary, click the [X] icon for a location to remove it from the template.
