To edit a product record, click on the Name hyperlink.
All tabs are visible by default. To show/hide a tab, click on the Menu icon and select the Tabs option. From the pop-up menu, check to show or uncheck to hide the desired tab(s).
Click on the Units tab.
Configure the desired settings on this tab as noted below.
The Issue and Recipe Units from the Company Products screen are displayed.
Alt Units – select the package type and enter the conversion to the primary inventory unit. Only Package Types designated for "Inventory "use will available. The Conversion is calculated as "How many Alt Units are in 1 Inventory Unit?"
Min Par and Max Par – these fields reflect the values entered in the summary screen; they can be edited in either screen.
Min Days on Hand indicates the shortest number of days (to 2 decimal places) the product
should be on-hand in the location. This will be added to Consumption Days when calculating the Recommended Order for the product.
Click the Disk (Save) icon to save your changes.
To download and print these settings, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.
If necessary, click on any other tab as needed to configure settings on that tab. If not, skip to the next step.
When finished, click the X (Close) icon to return to the summary screen.
