Link Products/Recipes to a Nutritional Attribute

This screen is used to link one or more Company Products and/or Recipes to a specific nutritional quality within a defined nutrition class - i.e. a 'Dairy' allergen or a 'Heart Healthy' attribute.

 

  1. Under the Products menu, click Nutrition Classes.
  2. From the Nutrition Classes summary screen, click on the Description hyperlink for the appropriate nutrition class.
  3. Click on the Description hyperlink for the appropriate nutritional quality.
  • If the "apply to" setting in the Nutrition Classes screen = 'Products and Recipes', the screen will display the Company Products linked to this quality AND any Recipes that include at least one product linked to this quality. Only Company Products can be added or removed.
  • If the "apply to" setting in the Nutrition Classes screen = 'Recipes', the screen will display Recipes and only Recipes can be added or removed.

Note: The Product Name hyperlink will open a pop-up window to display the Company Product/Recipe record in view-only mode.

  1. Click the Add button.  A pop-up window will open displaying the list of active products/recipes.
  2. If necessary, click the Funnel (Filters) button to access the filter options. If one or more filters have been applied, the button will be green.
  3. Check the box for each product/recipe to link to this quality then click the Add button or if necessary, click the Add All button. When finished, click the Close button.
  4. To remove a product/quality link, check the box for the appropriate product(s), then click the Remove button or if necessary, click the Remove All button.
  5. To download and print these entries, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.
  1. When finished, choose one of the following options:
  • To return to the list of qualities, click on that portion of the path in the title bar, just below the screen header - i.e. "Allergens" or "Attributes".
  • To return to the list of classes, click on the Nutrition Classes portion of the path in the title bar.
  • To exit the screen, click the Home (Dashboard) icon.
