Recipe Special Instructions

The Recipe Special Instructions screen lists food preparation instructions used during recipe production. These instructions include a description of the task as well as a time frame for how long the task should take. When setting up a recipe, up to 2 instructions can be linked to each recipe component.

  1. Under the Products menu, click Recipe Special Instructions.
  1. Click the Plus (Add) icon to create a new entry, or click on the appropriate row to modify an existing one.
  2. Enter the Instruction Description.
  3. Enter the amount of time, in Hours, required to complete the procedure. If entered, components linked to the instruction in the Recipe screen will appear on the 7-Day Pre-Production Summary report in Net-Chef.
  4. When finished, click the Disk (Save) icon to save your changes.
  5. To download and print these entries, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.

 

If necessary, you can click on a new row and click the Trash Can (Delete) icon to remove it.
