The Qualitative Judgments screen lists product quality or condition statements which users may select when assessing products. This is done either when products are received from vendors or when entering inventory adjustment transactions. All qualitative judgments are associated with a General Ledger account.
- Under the Products menu, click Qualitative Judgments.
- Click the Plus (Add) icon to create a new entry, or click on the appropriate row to modify an existing one.
- Enter the Qualitative Judgment description.
- Select the General Ledger Description to link to this qualitative judgment.
- Check the Adjustment and/or Purchasing boxes if the judgment should be available for use in the corresponding transaction type.
- When finished, click the Disk (Save) icon to save your changes.
- To download and print these entries, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.
If necessary, you can click on a new row and click the Trash Can (Delete) icon to remove it.
