HACCP Restrictions
HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point and refers to standards for food preparation and storage. The HACCP Restrictions screen contains a list of storage and transport restrictions assigned to company products and recipes. These restrictions appear on documents such as customer order invoices and production reports.
- Under the Products menu, click HACCP Restrictions.
- Click the Plus (Add) icon to create a new entry, or click on the appropriate row to modify an existing one.
- Enter the Description.
- When finished, click the Disk (Save) icon.
- To download and print these entries, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.
If necessary, you can click on a new row and click the Trash Can (Delete) icon to remove it.
