HACCP Restrictions

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point and refers to standards for food preparation and storage. The HACCP Restrictions screen contains a list of storage and transport restrictions assigned to company products and recipes. These restrictions appear on documents such as customer order invoices and production reports.

 

  1. Under the Products menu, click HACCP Restrictions.
  1. Click the Plus (Add) icon to create a new entry, or click on the appropriate row to modify an existing one.
  2. Enter the Description.
  3. When finished, click the Disk (Save) icon.
  4. To download and print these entries, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.

 

If necessary, you can click on a new row and click the Trash Can (Delete) icon to remove it.
