Colors

The Colors screen is used to set up a list of colors, which can then be used when creating new company products. The "Auto Generate" tool in the Company Products screen lets users choose color and size combinations to create individual product records for items (a T-shirt, for example) that come in a variety of sizes and colors.

 

  1. Under the Products menu, click Colors.
  1. Click the Plus (Add) icon to create a new entry, or click on the appropriate row to modify an existing one.
  2. Enter a Code and Description for the color.
  3. Click the Disk (Save) icon to save your changes.
  4. To download and print these entries, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.

 

If necessary, you can click on a new row and click the Trash Can (Delete) icon to remove it.
