Price Capture settings

Option	If Selected
Create Order	The application will use the current contract or bid price valid at the time the order is created; the order will not be updated if any changes occur in Bid Master.
Submit	The application will use the current contract or bid price valid at the time the order is submitted.  After this, the order will not be updated if any changes occur in Bid Master.  If the order is saved prior to submission, it will be updated using the latest Bid Master information whenever it is opened.
Confirm Terms	The application will use the current contract or bid price valid at the time the order is processed through the "Confirm Terms" stage or the order process.    After this, the order will not be updated if any changes occur in Bid Master.  Prior to "Confirm Terms," the order will be updated using the latest Bid Master information whenever it is opened.
Reconcile	The application will use the current contract or bid price valid at the time the order is reconciled.   Prior to this, the order will be updated using the latest Bid Master information whenever it is opened.
Current Bid	The application will always use the current contract or bid price.
