View Changes to Password and User Security
The Audit tab in the Password and User Security screen allows corporate users to track changes to these settings over time. The default time frame goes back 1 year from the current date but the user can change the date range to look back over a shorter or longer period. This information displayed in this screen includes when settings where changed, which fields were changed, the old and the new values, and which user made the changes.
- Under the Security menu, click Password and User Security.
- Click the Audit tab.
- If necessary, change the From Date and/or To Date.
- Click Retrieve.
- If necessary, use the Funnel (Filters) icon to filter the list.
- To download and print these changes, click the Printer (Export) icon and select the desired options.
- Click the X (Close) icon to exit the screen.
To change settings, click the Password and User Security tab.
