Outlets
The Outlets screen allows users to create customer outlets and link them to Customer records. These outlets can then be linked to menu plans in the Menu Planner module so that the system can calculate Projected Consumption for specific outlets.
- Under the Corporate menu, click Outlet.
- Click Add.
- Enter the Customer Outlet Code.
- Enter the Customer Outlet Name.
- Click Save.
- To link one or more Customers to the Outlet, click Add.
- In the left column, check the box for the Location Customer(s) to add or check the unlabeled "Select All" box in the header.
- Click Add to add the customers and continue searching; when all customers have been added, click Add and Close.
- When finished, click the X (Close) icon to close the window.
