Login Audit Report

This report displays a list of all successful and unsuccessful attempts to log in to the core Crunchtime applications. Corporate users can run this report for the entire company by selecting 'All'.

Report Controls

Location: All (default), or select a location from the drop-down. {Franchise Note}: When "Locations" = 'All', franchisees can retrieve data for their own locations but franchisors can retrieve data for all locations.

Period: Current Month, Current Post, Current Week, Day, Period (limited to 31 days), Post

Group By: Any report column

Funnel (Filters): Any report column

Printer (Export): PDF, Excel, CSV formats

Report Columns:

Click any column header to sort by the data in that column.

Date/Time – Date and time the user attempted to log in.
User ID – User ID with which the user attempted to log in.
Application – Application to which the user attempted to log in - 'Enterprise Manager', 'Enterprise Manager Web', or 'Net-Chef'
Location – The location to which the user logged in, when successful.
Successful – Displays 'Y' or 'N'
