Vendor Order Remediation

The Vendor Order Remediation screen displays all transactions in the Remediation process in Crunchtime Xchange and allows authorized users to edit the Reconcile Price or Quantity to submit back to the Vendor.

 

  1. Under Interfaces, click the Vendor Order Remediation link.
  2. The summary screen displays the following columns:
  • Location – The name of the location that created the order.
  • Vendor – The name of the vendor for which the order was created, selected during order creation.
  • Ref # – Entered/edited during order creation or reconcile.
  • PO # – Purchase Order number; based on Numbering setup in Enterprise Manager.
  • Vendor Invoice # – From the vendor's invoice.
  • Order Date – Date the order was created.
  • Actual Delivery Date – Date the order was received; entered during order reconcile.
  • Dispute Date – Date the order dispute was filed.
  • Remediate Date – Date the order was remediated.
  • Remediate User – User ID of the user that remediated the order.
  • File(s) – Will display 'Y' if one or more files have been attached to the order.
  • Comments – Indicates the application comments were entered in or "No Comments" if none.
  1. To remediate an order, click the PO# link for the appropriate order.
  2. Edit the Remediate Quantity and/or the Remediate Price as needed. To see a list of the other columns & fields displayed, click ClosedHERE.
  • Product Number – The Company Product number for the product.
  • Product Name – The Company Product name for the product.
  • Unit – The reconcile unit; defaults to the vendor's unit but may be the inventory unit if reconciled by Catch Weight.
  • Invoice Quantity – The quantity the vendor is charging the location for.
  • Reconcile Quantity – The quantity that the location indicated was received.
  • Invoice Price – The price the vendor is charging the location for each Invoice Quantity.
  • Contract Price – the vendor's Bid Price effective for the actual delivery date of the product.
  • Invoice Extended Value = [ Invoice Quantity x Invoice Price ]
  • Remediate Extended Value = [ Remediate Quantity x Remediate Price ]
  • Qualitative Judgment – The judgment selected by the user during reconcile, if any.
  • Tax, Freight/Shipping, Misc 1, Misc 2 – The charges applied in these fields. from the Reconcile screen.
  • Invoice Total = [ Invoice Extended Value + any surcharges ]
  • Remediate Total – [ Remediate Extended Value + any surcharges ]
  1. Click the Comments button to view comments associated with the order.
  2. When ready:
  • Click Save to save your changes.
  • Click Submit to submit your changes back to the vendor.
  1. From the detail screen, click the Printer (Export) icon to download a copy of the order in the desired format if needed.
  2. When finished, click the X (Close) icon to return to the summary screen.
  3. From the summary screen, click the Printer (Export) icon to download a list of the orders in the desired format if needed.
  4. Click the X (Close) icon to return to the Dashboard.
