View Menu Mix Batch and File Details

Corporate users can view batch status information, such the locations and dates for which files were processed and the quantity of files that were successfully or unsuccessfully undone and reprocessed (depending on current status). In addition, if a file was not able to be undone, the user can see the related error message. Users can also view batch detail information, such as the locations and dates for specific Menu Mix files, the file status (with status date and time), and any reprocessing errors.

 

  1. Under the Interfaces menu, select Undo and Reprocess Batch Menu Mix.
  2. Use the File Date Range Start/Finish controls to select the date range (within the last 31 days) for which to view batch data.  (The Start date will default to 7 days ago; the Finish date defaults to the current date.)
  3. If necessary, use the Funnel (Filter) icon to filter the list of batches. For example, you can select a parameter (Concept, Hierarchy, Market, User Defined Category) in the Location Filter drop-down, and then choose a specific option to filter by. You can also filter by any of the columns on the screen.
  4. Click Retrieve.
  1. Click the appropriate Batch Number link to open the Batch Process Detail screen, to see Menu Mix batch status information.
  1. If necessary, use the Funnel (Filter) icon to filter the list of locations/dates.
  2. Within this screen, click the appropriate Location link to open the Batch File Detail screen, to see status information for individual Menu Mix files within the batch.
  1. When finished, click the X (Close) icon to exit the detail screen.
  2. Click the X (Close) icon to return to the summary screen.
  3. Click the X (Close) icon to return to the Dashboard.
