Reprocess Individual Menu Mix Files

Corporate users can reprocess one or more individual Menu Mix files for any location and date.

  1. Under the Interfaces menu, select Undo and Reprocess Batch Menu Mix.
  2. Use the File Date Range Start/Finish controls to select the date range (within the last 31 days) for which to view batch data.  (The Start date will default to 7 days ago; the Finish date defaults to the current date.)
  3. If necessary, use the Funnel (Filter) icon to filter the list of batches. For example, you can select a parameter (Concept, Hierarchy, Market, User Defined Category) in the Location Filter drop-down, and then choose a specific option to filter by. You can also filter by any of the columns on the screen.
  4. Click Retrieve.
  5. Click the Reprocess Files link for a batch to open a window in which individual Menu Mix files within the batch can be reprocessed.
  6. If necessary, use the Funnel (Filter) icon to filter the list of files. For example, you can select a parameter (Concept, Hierarchy, Market, User Defined Category) in the Location Filter drop-down, and then choose a specific option to filter by. You can also filter by any of the columns on the screen.
  1. Check the box in the Select column for each file to reprocess or check the Select All box in the column header to choose all of the files displayed.
  2. When ready, click the button to Reprocess Selected Files.
  3. A message will appear indicating the number of files selected. Click OK to continue.
  4. A message will appear indicating that the files are being reprocessed.
  5. Once the process is completed successfully, for each file the system will:
  • Reinstate the Menu Mix data into the database.
  • Reinstate the On-Hand depletion.
  • Update the file status to "Reprocess Successful".
  • Remove the Dashboard task for "Missing Menu Mix Sales".
  1. Click the X (Close) icon to return to the Dashboard..
