Reprocess Selected Menu Mix Batches
Corporate users can reprocess one or more batches of Menu Mix files in a single step.
- Under the Interfaces menu, select Undo and Reprocess Batch Menu Mix.
- Use the File Date Range Start/Finish controls to select the date range (within the last 31 days) for which to view batch data. (The Start date will default to 7 days ago; the Finish date defaults to the current date.)
- If necessary, use the Funnel (Filter) icon to filter the list of batches. For example, you can select a parameter (Concept, Hierarchy, Market, User Defined Category) in the Location Filter drop-down, and then choose a specific option to filter by. You can also filter by any of the columns on the screen.
- Click Retrieve.
- Check the box in the Select column for each file to reprocess or check the Select All box in the column header to choose all eligible batches displayed.
- When ready, click the button to Reprocess Selected Batches.
- A message will appear indicating the number of batches selected. Click OK to continue.
- A message will appear indicating that the batches are being reprocessed.
- Once the process is completed successfully, for each file within each batch, the system will:
- Reinstate the Menu Mix data into the database.
- Reinstate the On-Hand depletion.
- Update the file status to "Reprocess Successful".
- Remove the Dashboard task for "Missing Menu Mix Sales".
- Once all associated files have that status, update the Location/Date Record to "Reprocess Successful".
- Once all batch files have that status, update the Batch Record to status "Reprocess Successful".
- Click the X (Close) icon to return to the Dashboard..
