Electronic Bid Sheet Submission

Enterprise Manager can submit bid sheets to vendors electronically, depending on the "Bid Mode" selected for each vendor in the screen. The following modes allow for electronic submission: Fax, E-Mail PDF, E-Mail Excel, E-Mail Text, and CT Xchange.

 

Bid Mode	Result
Fax	The Bid Sheet will be sent via fax to the vendor's Alternate Address Fax number. If the preference to "Prompt for Coversheet at Bid Submission" is enabled, a fax cover sheet will be included.
Email PDF	The Bid Sheet will be converted to a PDF file and sent as an email attachment to the vendor's "Bid E-Mail" address.
Email Excel	The Bid Sheet will be converted to a Excel spreadsheet file and sent as an email attachment to the vendor's "Bid E-Mail" address.
Email Text	The Bid Sheet will be converted to a tab-delimited text file and sent as an email attachment to the vendor's "Bid E-Mail" address.
CT Xchange	The Bid Sheet will be sent directly to the vendor via Crunchtime Xchange.
